We're experts at working with imperfect files, so don't worry if your graphic isn't print-ready. The more information you can provide, the faster and more accurate we can make the process.

To begin, please prepare the following for us:

YOUR BEST VERSION OF THE GRAPHIC: Send us the highest resolution file you currently have, even if it's low quality. We accept common file types like JPG, PNG, PDF, GIF, and TIFF.

ANY ORIGINAL DESIGN FILES: If you happen to have a previous version of the artwork—even an old vector file (e.g., .AI, .EPS) or a high-res layered Photoshop file (.PSD)—that can be a major help in the rebuilding process.

CLEAR USE CASE & SIZE: Let us know the final intended use of the graphic. Is it for a 4" x 4" sublimation patch or a large 12" x 16" DTF print on a hoodie? The final output size is a key detail.

FONT INFORMATION: If you know the name of the font(s) used in the graphic, please provide that. It saves us a significant amount of time and ensures a perfect match.

ANY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: or adjustments you would like to make.

COLOR CODES: Provide colors with the Pantone (PMS), CMYK, or Hex Codes if possible.

Our Process: Collaborative, Transparent, and Focused on Quality

We've designed a clear, step-by-step process to ensure a transparent and efficient experience from start to finish. Our goal is to collaborate with you to deliver print-ready graphics without any surprises.

  1. File Submission and Assessment: You submit your files and project details through our secure portal. We will review your materials to understand the scope of work and confirm we have everything needed.

  2. Custom Quote: Following our assessment, we will provide you with a custom quote outlining the project scope, timeline, and cost. This is your opportunity to review and approve the project plan before we begin. Rush services are available for an additional fee.

  3. Commencement Fee Payment: Once you approve the quote, a commencement fee is required to officially begin the work and secure your place in our production schedule. Please keep in mind, no refunds will be given once the design process has begun.

  4. Mockup Creations: We will get to work, meticulously rebuilding your graphic. Within days, we will then send you a digital mockup for your review. 

  5. Feedback and Revisions: You provide feedback on the mockup. We will make the necessary revisions to ensure the graphic meets your expectations. Once the design process has begun, a new direction is considered a new project and will require a new deposit.

  6. Final Payment: Upon your final approval of the mockup, the remaining balance of the project fee will be due.

  7. File Release and Delivery: Once the final payment has been processed, the print-ready files will be delivered to you in the agreed-upon format, ready for immediate use. We provide:
    1. Photoshop—.jpg and .png formats.
    2. Vector—.ai, .eps and .pdf formats, if applicable.
